  14. I have installed an internal modem into my PC on com port 3.
  15. I have my mouse enabled on com port 1.  The modem software
  16. agrees that it has found the modem and that it is happy with
  17. using com port 3 and interupt 4.  However, whenever I start
  18. using modem software eg.tcpman the mouse becomes disabled.
  19. If I quit the software I can then reuse the mouse.
  20.  
  21. I have been trying different interupts and com ports for 
  22. hours but this always happens.  Anybody got any ideas?
